I became a therapist to work with people like you. Not to work for insurance companies.
For that reason I am an out-of-network provider. Insurance companies often put limitations and restrictions on what they think is best for your treatment, even though they don’t know you or the nuances of what you’re experiencing.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a “superbill” which you can submit for potential reimbursement. To help you better understand your benefits and ease the hassle of filing claims for out-of-network therapy, I work with a platform called Mentaya, which can help make processing claims and getting reimbursed quick and easy.
Please note that using Mentaya is completely optional, and as a therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.
Just as I expect you to take your investment in therapy seriously, I take it seriously too.

I show up fully present and ready to support you best. In order to do that, I limit the number of clients I work with and engage in learning opportunities, including professional developments and advanced trainings, to ensure I am always providing you the best care possible.

If you need to cancel your appointment...
Cancellations not provided within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session fee, unless the session is rescheduled within the same week. I understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies arise, and exceptions will be given within reason.
